Attesting French Documents for the UAE

If you've got French documents which need to be attested for use in the UAE, we can help. Whether it’s a French personal document such as a birth, marriage or death, certificate, an education award, or any other type of document, we can handle the whole process.

How does it work?

Attesting French documents can be complex, since the process depends on the type of document being attested and for which purpose. Attestation Notes

  • The UAE Embassy in France won't legalise any documents that have already been legalised by another consulate.
  • If you are legalising a birth or wedding certificate, it must be no more than 3 months old.
  • Due to a new regulation, it is no longer possible to make certified copies of documents that are not in French. Anyone holding a diploma issued in France that is in another language will need to ask the concerned school to issue a certificate in French instead.
  • We are unable to obtain any certificates on your behalf.
