Attesting documents is complex, and the process can vary depending on a range of factors. In order for us to give you the most accurate cost and timescale for the service you require, we need to understand your circumstances.
How long will it take to get a quote?
We aim to get back to you within 30 minutes of receiving your quote request, during working hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM). If for any reason we require additional information in order to create your quote, or need to speak with our colleagues overseas to check something for you, we will let you know as soon as possible.
What happens after I get my quote?
If you’re happy with the quote, get your documents on their way to us at the address listed on the email! Please ensure you include your quote reference with your documents to help us match your documents with your order when they reach us. We will email you a scan of your documents as soon as they reach us, at which point you can review them to ensure everything is correct.
When do I make payment?
You can send your documents to us straight away and make payment at any point before they reach us. You can pay for your order over the phone by credit/debit card, or by bank transfer in AED, including your quote reference. The payment details will be included in your quote. Please note that we will only start processing your documents once full payment has been made.
